Role Summary

The Verity Centre works with several organisations to support them with their business requirements. This is particular role you will be working with one of our leading clients.

What will I be responsible for?

As a Sales & Service Executive Install Executive, you will be responsible for mainly making proactive outbound calls, but including some inbound support, with small to medium sized businesses to organise the scheduling of installation appointments.

This will involve:

• Representing our client\xe2\x80\x99s brand.
• Using effective influencing & closing skills to books installation appointments.
• Achieving Quality Targets.
• Overachieving individual and team objectives
• Updating accurately our clients\xe2\x80\x99 systems
• Take full ownership of issues, and to ensure timely, effective resolution.
