From wallpapers to tools and everything in between, we supply over 80,000 products from trusted brands such as DeWALT, Ronseal and Graham & Brown.

To support our growth, we're in search of a

part-time Customer Service Advisor

to sit alongside our existing Customer Service Manager. You will play a vital role in maximising our quality of service, liaising with delivery partners, as well as answering customer queries pre-purchase.

Key responsibilities of our Customer Service Advisor:



Handle inbound phone calls and emails at pace whilst ensuring clear and accurate information is provided. Provide guidance to prospective customers on product suitability and delivery process. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM platform. Support our Accounts team with the processing of customer returns, exchanges, and refunds. Partake in both internal and external training to ensure you have the necessary level of knowledge surrounding key products. Collaborate with internal teams, including Accounts, Marketing, and Development, to ensure we're taking a rounded approach to customer care. Help to identify and solve common issues or inefficiencies to further improve customer care.

Skills required for our Customer Service Advisor:



Previous experience in a customer service or support role, ideally in a business-to-consumer setting. A calm, patient manner with the ability to remain professional and friendly when under pressure. Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to work with the broader team to overcome challenges. The ability to maintain accurate records of customer communication with a high attention to detail and organisational skills. Capable of adapting to necessary and frequent changes to our product offering and processes. Excellent verbal and written communicable skills.

Pay: 23,809.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 per week
