Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management System to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
Communicate clearly and persuasively with potential customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.

Weekend shifts urgently required!

Qualifications
Previous telephone experience is preferred, however, full training will be provided.

Proficient in English
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
