Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat Providing accurate information and support in a friendly, professional manner Resolving issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction Working closely with internal teams to improve the customer experience Keeping detailed and accurate records of customer interactions Suggesting improvements to enhance our service offering

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a customer service or support role (preferred but not essential) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive attitude with great problem-solving abilities Comfortable using CRM systems and technology Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively A genuine passion for delivering outstanding service
