About the Role:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the voice of our clients' brands--delivering outstanding customer experiences while supporting a range of sales and marketing campaigns. You'll work across diverse industries including retail, tech, lifestyle, and more, so flexibility and curiosity are key.

You'll be:

Acting as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or live chat Providing tailored advice and support across multiple campaigns Building rapport with a wide range of people Gathering feedback and insights to improve customer experience Collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaign success

Ideal candidates will have:
