Page Personnel is working for a highly reputable and fast growing client based in Brockenhurst, New Forest. Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to add to their team on a permanent basis.
In ordered to be considered as a Customer Service Advisor within this insurance company, you will:
- Be able to provide excellent Customer Service
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills to deal with a range of people internal and external to the business
- The ability to deal with a variety of tasks; multitasking and working flexibly within a team
- Excellent IT literacy and experience
- The ability to understand and work in accordance with the Firm\'s policies and procedures
- Making amendments efficiently
- Billing
The successful candidate for the Customer Service Advisor role is someone who:
- Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
- Be immediately available or on short notice (4 weeks)
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Be confident with communicating with clients
- Be able to multi task and prioritise
The Customer Service Advisor Role offers:
