Package and Benefits of a Customer Service Advisor:

• Salary: \xc2\xa311.00 - \xc2\xa312.00 per hour (depending on experience)
• Location: Bristol City Centre
• Contract: Temporary
• Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm (No evenings or weekends!)

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

• Responding to customer\'s enquiries relating to the Life and Pensions book
• Providing exceptional customer service over the phone by delivering an excellent end to end experience
• Considering customer\'s requirements and developing long-lasting relationships by building rapport
• Continuously deepening your knowledge of client systems and individual policies/products
• Working as part of a great team!

Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:

• Experience within a customer-facing environment or a relevant call handler role
• Life and Pensions experience would be beneficial
• A passion for providing an exceptional level of customer service and building rapport
• Proficient in the use of basic telephonic and computer systems
• A willingness to learn and digest new information quickly
• Flexible and adaptable to change
• Proactive to identify, support and drive improvement opportunities
