The Role We want a passionate, innovative and engaging customer support executive to be the first point of contact for our amazing customers. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be managing the relationships with them every day, striving to always deliver excellent service. Customer executives are pivotal within the business, ensuring our members needs are met in timely and friendly manner. We aim to make paying utilities bills a walk in the park and you will be instrumental in removing any stress from this process. We\xe2\x80\x99re a growing business with lots of exciting plans for the future; you\xe2\x80\x99ll have plenty of opportunity to develop and evolve with the company.
