Your role as a Customer Service Advisor:
We have varied Customer Service roles involving a variety of tasks and responsibilities, working for a huge range of reputable and excellent employers, many of them well known brands:
Answering incoming calls, emails & Internet enquires
Processing orders
Dealing with payments and handling sensitive information
Advising customers of products and services available
Dealing with enquires and complaints to resolution
Building rapport with customers
General administrative duties

We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
Previous experience within a telephone based customer service role
Must have a high attention to detail and accurate keyboard skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Must be customer focused
Ability to work in a fast paced and target driven environment
