Job Description
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be a crucial part of our sales team, focused on engaging with customers and assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions Duties:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Engage with customers in various face to face channels
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate products or services based on their needs
- Ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively listen to clients\' needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
