Customer Service Advisor - 3-day working week (Weekends)

The role
You\'ll be the first point of contact for small business owners all over the UK and US. Our customers can get in touch via various channels such as telephony, emails and live chat. Our customers are trying to build their businesses, and we are there to support them every step of the way. You\'ll solve problems, fix things that aren\'t working for them, and give them a leg up when they need it. We thrive from customer feedback to pilot new ideas, you\'ll need to listen to our customers and understand from them how we can build a better business.
This is a full-time position, and our shift patterns are 8am-8pm 3 days a week consistently. You will be working a total of 33 hours but receiving a salary of 37.5 hours per week. You will receive 4 days off per week, and the weekly rota looks like:
