An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Limavady & Magherafelt Agency.
About the role
As a Customer Service Executive within our team, you'll play a key role in the success of an expanding local business, ensuring the office runs like clockwork and our customers are always happy. Providing exceptional customer service, you'll handle enquiries from existing customers and complete insurance policy changes with a 'can-do' proactive enthusiasm. You will prospect, engage with new customers, and cross sell our wide range of products and services. You'll relish the challenge of being part of a truly customer-focused, ambitious team. In return, you can expect full training in a friendly and supportive environment.
About you:

Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills & relationship building abilities
Pro-active and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong IT literacy
Ambitious and target driven
Have a proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets
Qualifications required:
Minimum - Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C or above
