Our client is based in Hamble, Southampton and are looking for a Customer Service advisor to work in their sales support team. You will come with stacks of energy and drive to work closely with their clients within the health-care sector.

Here\'s what the Customer Service & Sales Advisor / Sales Support role overview is:

  • You\'ll be working in their Customer Service team who arrange and communicate with their clients within the health care sector.
  • You will be making outbound calls to clients to create appointments for their sales reps to go and discuss their products.
  • You will be taking inbound calls from some clients and customers
  • You will be in control of email management and diary management
  • You will be required to move product orders to the excel spreadsheet ready for the warehouse to receive.
  • You\'ll provide excellent support and service to staff and customers
You will come with an eagerness to learn and grow as well as wanting to join a fun and friendly team.
