Are you looking for an office based Customer Service role? Do you have retail or hospitality experience and looking to expand into the world of a busy office environment?

Our client, based in Tunbridge Wells are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join their fun team.
You will be based within a small team within the Head Office, 4 within the Customer Service team, processing orders and raising invoices, answering calls (approx 10 a day) and responding to e-mail enquires.
You will be responsible for daily processing of data and entering information onto the system and ensuring customer contact details are up to date, and sending invoices.
Full training and support will be waiting for you; You will need to have the ability to liaise with customers over the phone, manage internal contacts and work well within a team. Basic IT skills are required for general updating systems on Word, Excel and Outlook.
