Role: Customer Account Administrator Type: Permanent Salary: \xc2\xa325000 Location: Nottingham 2fawcett are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for a business based in Nottingham. Duties:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers.
  • Process telephone orders and enquiries.
  • Develop relationships with customers.
  • Liaise with warehouse and couriers to ensure smooth and efficient despatch and delivery of stock orders.
You will need:
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong eyed organisational skills
  • Able to use own initiative
  • Good eye for detail
  • Computer literate
  • Be commercially experienced
  • Computer literate with knowledge of MS office, outlook, Dropbox and we transfer beneficial
Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xc2\xa325,000.00-\xc2\xa326,000.00 per year Benefits:

  • Nottingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
