We are pleased to be recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a growing business based in Chesham.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to join a progressive, fast-paced company. If you have a passion or thrive within a customer service environment, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

We are ideally looking for candidates with customer service experience, who have an excellent telephone manner.

This is a Monday to Friday position, hours are 9am to 5pm with a 1-hour lunch break. This role is fully office-based. This company offer a number of fantastic benefits including a 4% bonus opportunity per quarter based on sales targets, 25 days holiday, free parking on site, excellent pension scheme plus many more.

This position is paying a salary between \xc2\xa325K to \xc2\xa327K.

Duties include:

  • Manage incoming phone calls
  • Confirming prices, stock availability and deliveries
  • Process incoming orders
  • Raise quotations when requested
  • Identify and assess customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers and the external sales team through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team KPI\xe2\x80\x99s and targets
  • Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Keep records of customer interactions
  • Ensure all correct information is sent for orders to be fulfilled correctly and on time
Candidate requirements:
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Highly computer literate and able to adapt to new systems quickly
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • A strong team player
  • Flexible and keen to learn
