Now is an exciting time to join our team as we embark on this transformative journey towards a greener future.About the roleAs a Customer Service Administrator, you will support administrative tasks related to port container traffic, warehousing, and general cargo. This role involves ensuring accurate collection and entry of receiving and dispatch details into the appropriate systems.Your key responsibilities will include:Coordinate cargo bookings, vessel operations, and container movementsMaintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and accreditationAssist with customs clearance, stock control, and invoicing processesSupport hauliers with cargo collections, ensuring correct paperwork is issuedCommunicate effectively with customers, departments, and external agenciesOversee warehouse de-vanning operations and ensure smooth workflowProvide administrative support, including filing, reporting, and system updatesOffer flexibility to assist in other operational areas when requiredWhat are we looking for?We seek a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with experience in transport, logistics, or cargo operations. You should be able to work efficiently under strict deadlines, liaise effectively with the Operations Team, and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
