PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION:
3 days worked between Monday-Saturday. 9.30am-5pm.
Harveys Laundry, based near Ibrox, Glasgow are looking for a reliable Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team.
You must be confident in working across different software and Microsoft packages, be able to work independently and possess good problem-solving and communication skills (written and spoken).
Your duties will include:
Processing customer orders and arranging deliveries
Contacting the customer to arrange the returns of hired linen
Emailing delivery notes and collection counts to customers
Administrating driver's wages and the check-in of drivers
Printing and reconciling production paperwork
Answering queries by phone and email
Liaising with the production team to resolve any complaints
Ensuring fuel cards and keys are kept secure on a daily basis
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 19.5 per week
