Position

This is a varied role which will provide support for the Customer Services team; the successful candidate will have good telephone skills and a keen eye for detail on the admin side of the job.

  • Supporting the Customer Services team
  • Monitoring deliveries and collections for customers
  • Account management
  • KPI reporting for customers
  • Filing
  • Invoicing
  • Keeping up to date with the Company\'s products and service offering
  • General office duties and assisting the team where necessary
  • Any duties / tasks as requested by your Line Manager or a Director.
Hours of Work

Monday - Friday

09:00 - 17:30

1 hour unpaid lunch per day

Requirements
  • Previous experience of working in Customer Services is advantageous (retail, call centre, receptionist etc..)
  • Experience in working for a logistics company would be an added advantage but not required
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good general IT skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident, assertive and polite telephone manner
  • Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace
  • Able to communicate with all staff levels in the business
  • Effective Team worker
  • GCSE pass rate in English & Maths
