Job Description





My client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for the run up to Christmas and New Year. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who are energetic and strong communicators to work in a fun environment, no experience needed, just need to be a great communicator!


Responsibilities

  • Dealing with customer enquiries both via telephone, online and web chat
  • Process orders and deal with a complexity of customer enquiries
  • Manage customer process through from enquiry to delivery
  • Provide tailored quotes to customers
  • Input orders on to system

  • Be confident using Microsoft packages
  • Have experience in a customer service role (ideally)
  • Be an excellent communicator \xe2\x80\x93 both written and verbal
  • Experience of working to targets
  • Ability to be flexible regarding workloads
