Job Description


We have a brand new vacancy to join a well established business in South Leeds. They are currently looking for an Administrator to join their Order/Procurement team on a 12 month fixed term basis, this may have the potential to turn into a permanent role at the end of the period.

They are looking for someone with experience in a similar role, or experience within a very fast paced and high pressure environment. They would look at individuals with a background within health/medical or have worked in a role where they have to communicate with many departments on a regular basis.

Some of the duties of the role include:
- Data entry
- Updating systems and orders
- Inputting delivery dates and notes
- Adding orders and shipping information to the database
- Supporting wider procurement teams
- Liaising with clinic and customers about orders
- Communicating with all departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Experience and skills needed:
- Administrative experience within a medical or procurement setting would be ideal
- Great communicator
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Used to working to strict time schedules
- Strong customer service and people skills
