ADEPT Pure Water Ltd was established in 2003 by its founder to provide a complete service to users of water purification equipment. Over the years the Company has gained the reputation for providing quality services & premium products and is one of the most reliable and trusted suppliers within the industry for water purification solutions.

We pride ourselves in being able to work and develop our relationship with our Clients who use our Water Purification Equipment to produce products used in everyone's daily life; this could be anything from Cosmetics, Electronics, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Cleaning Products, Automotive and Aviation Industries, Paint and Plating Shops and even Window Cleaners all of whom have a use for our Products.

We are looking for a driven individual who strives to achieve goals and targets given to them. This job will be varied and interesting and will require use of a full range of customer service skills.

The successful applicant might not have any engineering experience but should:

Be a quick learner

Have a flexible attitude

Enthusiastic & self-motivated with a high degree of wanting to do things right

Have a keen interest in knowing how things work

Be a good listener and understanding to clients requirements

We are prepared to offer all training required to enable the person to carry out this position

The job will require travelling within the UK and will occasionally incur irregular hours and overnight stays.

EXPECTED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Generation and submittal of Service Agreements Working with the builds and installations team to update clients with developments during planning, build, installation and commission After-sale support service During any down-time, source new customers Represent ADEPT Pure Water at events and exhibitions (occasional) Assist with the production of marketing material when required Support the administration department with service agreements and any further jobs as required Assist in the development of our ISO9001 in relation to communication, sales, customer satisfaction and other related areas Ad hoc duties as required

Requirements



Customer service experience or interest in developing their career in this field

Excellent communication skills

Target Driven

Prioritising, time management and organisational skills

B2B Sales Experience but not essential

Water Industry Knowledge but not essential as training is given

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 26,000.00-30,000.00 per year
