Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused

Sales Advisor

to join our Phonesurgery team at Harrods. You will be the face of our brand, delivering outstanding service, offering expert advice, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from consultation to repair.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet, engage, and assist customers with a warm and professional manner. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services, repairs, and products. Provide knowledgeable advice on mobile devices, tech accessories, and repair options. Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising and stock presentation. Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with the repair technicians to ensure clear communication and timely service updates for customers. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally. Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technology trends and product knowledge. Achieve and exceed sales and service targets. Uphold Phonesurgery and Harrods standards of service excellence and professionalism at all times.

Skills & Experience Required:

Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience -- ideally within a premium or tech environment. Strong interest in mobile phones, technology, and repairs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive, positive, and solution-driven attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment. Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and peak trading periods as required. Experience working within luxury retail (desirable but not essential).
