About The RoleCRM/Communications Marketing ManagerIt's an exciting time in Loyalty at Morrisons, we're looking for a Marketing Manager - to join our team. You will spend your time defining and shaping the CRM/communications strategy, building out our customer life cycle journeys, from welcome to lapsed, for our Loyalty scheme to drive engagement whilst simultaneously driving trade for the business, ensuring our scheme communications are best in class.The Marketing Manager will lead the communications team, managing email and push communications, whilst also working across other areas of Targeted Marketing and Loyalty. You will also manage key relationships with external partners to deliver against the plan.In this role you'll help define our email and push marketing strategy, from planning through to execution. Lead the segmentation strategy across all direct marketing channels. Implement a test & learn programme to retain and grow our loyalty base.You'll work closely with other team members, marketing departments, commercial and retail teams to deliver a comprehensive communications plan which puts customers first. This role is also critical in helping to deliver sales driving activity, Morrisons More communications and service / legal messages.This role is also a highly creative role where you will need to work closely with other marketing teams, plus third party creative agencies to brief and create engaging content across email and push comms. This role is also critical to the integration and migration of our new CRM system.Some of your responsibilities will include:
