Customer Relations Administration Assistant
Hours \xe2\x80\x93 20 hours per week Based \xe2\x80\x93 Homebased
Salary \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa311,268 - \xc2\xa312,520 per annum (RFJ 3) Your working location will be based at home with the opportunity to work at our head office in Coalville, Leicestershire. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility and willingness to work from the home and office as required. The role We are looking for an experienced individual to provide administrative support in order to contribute to the work and overall objectives of the Customer Voice Team. As part of this role you will be responsible for undertaking general administrative tasks to support to the Customer Voice Team, to include Managing the relevant inboxes and responding to any queries, dealing with the incoming mail and allocating this correctly. You will also help take records of meetings and producing minutes as required. The ideal candidate We are looking for a super-organised person who can deliver to tight deadlines, ideally with experience in a similar role specifically with regard to administrative functions and information provision to internal and external customers. Your key skills will include proven IT, keyboard, and Microsoft office application skills. We are looking for someone who is able to show empathy, listen and relate well to people from all backgrounds and has strong customer care skills and can demonstrate high levels of problem ownership and accountability. You must possess a positive attitude to work related problems and be willing and able to be flexible around working hours to meet the demands of the service. Qualifications
  • Educated to GCSE level C grade or equivalent in maths and English or relevant professional experience
