About the role
The starting salary for this role is \xc2\xa330,443.95 per annum based on working 36 hours per week. The role is term time plus 5 days only (40 weeks per annum).
Twelve15 are going through an exciting time of transformation, focusing on growth and people engagement and we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Operations Team Leader to join our Customer Operations Team. Reporting to the Customer Operations Manager, you will be joining a friendly and supportive team of Customer Operations Team Leaders within the Operations function of Twelve15.
Managing and supporting a team of catering managers across a portfolio of kitchens, you will be equipped with a "can do" attitude reflecting a wealth of multi-site catering experience.
As a Customer Operations Team Leader you will have demonstrable catering knowledge together with experience in managing multiple sites, be financially astute and enjoy getting the best out of people to ensure operational and catering standards are maintained and developed to the highest standard.
The role will adopt the Twelve15 Team culture of strong standards and accountability to responsibly deliver a first-class customer experience. Inspiring school children through our love of culinary arts and fresh ingredients Twelve15 put their passion and dedication into the preparation, cooking and delivery of tasty, innovative, healthy, and nutritious, healthy school meals. These meals fuel and support children\'s learning and development.
You will either have the relevant qualifications or substantial relevant experience of providing catering services in multiple sites.

Ability to work autonomously
Flexibility: The position is mobile across Surrey; therefore, a full driving licence is essential
To be considered for this role, you will have:
Experience managing a multi-site portfolio of kitchens which cater for large numbers of people, in a fresh food environment
The ability to work autonomously, with excellent organisation skills together with high levels of resilience
Demonstrable inspirational people management skills, including strong leadership skills
A passion for excellent food and standards
