Carbon60 are currently looking for a Customer Operations Advisor for a large engineering and industrial services provider. The position is based on their clients site, in Belvedere, London.The Customer Operations Advisor role is a 12 week temp to perm opportunity. Working hours: Monday to Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm - 40 hour week Pay \xc2\xa322,500 per annumDuties This role is to assist in the clients engineering stores department on the clients waste to energy plant site. - Stores operative responsibilities onsite with the customer - Receiving, checking, ordering, and issuing of parts, dealing with customer stock requests, - General housekeeping activities as required onsite - Supporting Customer Operations Supervisor and onsite team - Role to involve general stores operative work as well as the placing and chasing of orders - A good indication of work split = Stores 80% / Admin 20%Skills required - Stores operative skills - Good attention to detail and communication skills - Not essential but useful if the candidate has a FLT licence/ability - 2 man site so worker must be flexible/able to carry out a wide variety of tasks. - Key to the role is dealing with customers. Face to face with the clients engineers - Candidate will need to be familiar using computers.Parking / public transport link about half mile from entrance.This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company.
