As part of this exciting expansion, Seriderm is looking to recruit a Customer Manager to support its UK sales team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

As a

Customer Manager

, you'll be the key link between Seriderm and our clients in the UK -- making sure they feel supported, heard, and valued at every step. You'll work closely with clinics, doctors, and partners to build strong relationships and keep everything running smoothly.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Being the trusted point of contact for our UK clients Following up on orders, questions, and feedback with care and precision Keeping communication flowing between clients and our internal teams (sales, logistics, marketing) Supporting our sales team with client insights, reports, and follow-ups Making sure our CRM is always up to date with the latest client info Organising client visits, trainings, and participating in key events across the UK

What we're looking for:

Experience in customer management, sales coordination, or client-facing roles Highly organized with great attention to detail Excellent communication skills Confident using CRM systems and digital tools in a fast-moving environment Fluent in English A positive, proactive team player who enjoys building strong relationships
