Customer Experience Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a confident, organised and people-focused Customer Experience Coordinator to manage all aspects of the customer journey from order to completion. You'll be the go-to point of contact for our customers--ensuring they feel informed, valued, and looked after throughout their project with us.

Key Responsibilities:



Receive and register new customer orders into our systems accurately Issue welcome emails and payment receipts promptly Liaise with customers via email and phone to provide updates on their project status Take payments and maintain accurate payment logs Maintain and update our internal order and installation tracking sheets Handle and resolve customer queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner Coordinate with the operations team to ensure accurate scheduling and communication of appointments Provide project milestone updates (survey scheduled, order in production, delivery/installation dates etc.) Ensure all relevant documentation is completed and saved correctly Build rapport with customers, ensuring they feel supported from start to finish Flag any issues or delays and proactively update the customer with resolutions

Requirements:



Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organised with attention to detail Experience in a customer-facing role (ideally within home improvements or construction) Confident using spreadsheets, email, and order management tools Able to manage multiple customer files and prioritise tasks efficiently A friendly, calm, and professional demeanour

Pay: 22,880.00-27,753.27 per year
