This job is part of the Commercial Team within the Magellan Europe Organisation.
You will be responsible for linking procurement to the commercial team. You will be working with the Commercial Director as well as the estimating and cost engineers to establish a connection in the supply chain and ensure all CONBID materials have correctly assigned for each and every part. You will also be responsible for securing a source for Spares items.

Essential Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for sourcing all raw material pricing for NPI
Own the CONBID flow through strategy, including:
Connection with the supply-chain to ensure all materials have CONBID pricing assigned
Flow through new sales price to cost accountant
Flow through CONBID pricing for all intercompany transactions
Assess what is changing and the impact
Execute the Plan:
Gather the material for the initiative proactively and in a timely manner from the ALL Magellan Europe business, take an ownership approach to having a subject matter level knowledge and impact assessment mindset for internal and external audiences
Set the timeline working backwards from Go Live date, and share that plan up with leadership and out to key stakeholders
Own the meeting cadence to ensure flow through success
Consistently develop process and share frequent leadership summaries (i.e. concise email summaries to our VPs; white papers; decks) that pull together elements from the entire plan and stakeholders you collaborate with
Extensive knowledge of the airline industry with experience in commercial roles
Capacity to effectively motivate others
Understand Customer/Supplier relationships
Ability to generate and implement new ideas and approaches to existing business processes
Capacity to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in compressed timeframe
