Team based in Selkirk, Scotland. This position is responsible for ensuring that our wholesale customers have the best experience possible, through frequent contact, problem solving before issues even arise, and being an expert on your assigned territories and customers. If you are a confident, proactive and inquisitive individual who thrives from working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the right opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:



Being the 'go-to' person for customers/agents/distributors for any issues that arise Making commercial decisions with both the customer and the company in mind Ensuring order books are fulfilled smoothly by working cross-functionally to remove any obstacles before they occur

Qualifications / Experience:



Intermediate Excel Skills (pivots, lookups, ability to manipulate data) Experience in Customer Facing Roles (Desirable but not essential) Experience of CRM systems (Desirable but not essential) Bilingual (Desirable but not essential)
