What you\'ll do You will be the champion of the Greggs Customer by assisting in the development and dissemination of analysis & insight of the customer data captured through sources such as the Greggs App, YouGov, BrandTracker, and other data sources. You will assist in developing and analysing customer data within the new Customer PowerBI model. You will assist in providing customer information to help develop and analyse marketing mix / econometric models to help optimise marketing ROI As a Customer Insight Data Analyst you will be delivering insight to the customer, commercial and wider business teams based on detailed customer data to drive business decision making. The Greggs App is a great source of customer data, providing information on purchase behaviour. As we expand the user-base of the App then this source will become increasingly important in driving total business performance and understanding the effectiveness of marketing investment. The ideal candidate will be eager to get stuck in to the data and tell a story, influence stakeholders and really make a difference. ACCOUNTABILITIES
To develop and share thorough understanding of the Greggs customer across all stakeholders and business functions.
To analyse customer data behaviour, trends and patterns in buying behaviour via the Greggs App and how they compare to other customer data sources
To identify / recommend and analyse other sources of customer data that will improve the understanding of Greggs customers
To understand the DNA of Greggs customers to develop business insights and recommendations that contributes directly to achieving our business goals.
To collate and share insights around customer behaviour and ensure the Greggs customer voice is at the heart of decision making
Key Tasks:
Work with key stakeholders across the business to provide deep understanding of Greggs customers in order to influence product development, ranging, pricing, retail, store location / design and brand marketing activation activity and strategy
Work closely with key stakeholders to develop dashboards and regular reports to provide clear KPI monitoring of Greggs customer data \xe2\x80\x93 including data from YouGov, Greggs BrandTracker and other 3rd party data sources.
Support in development and maintenance of KPI dashboard for Customer data
Maintain the Customer Insight SharePoint site, ensuring all reports and data sources are updated and relevant stakeholders informed.
Respond promptly to ad-hoc analysis requests from stakeholders across the business
Collate and interrogate Greggs customer data via the Greggs App, using appropriate data extraction tools (PowerBI), and translate into clear, evidenced recommendations to the wider business
Identify and report on behavioural patterns within Greggs data, including FOP, ATV, basket size, product repertoire, daypart, day of week, switching etc
Monitor and highlight changes in behaviour by agreed segments and use all data sources available across the business to identify behaviour drivers
Identify correlations between customer behaviour in the Greggs App and whole business sales
Identify and report on clear behaviour patterns following business initiatives including NPD, ranging, pricing, customer experience and marketing.
Support the Insight Manager on any customer-data related projects, analysis and reporting
Work with internal BI / Digital / IT business partners to ensure continuity of data provision and develop enhanced analytical solutions.

A good communicator, able to operate at all levels clearly and concisely with the proven ability to communicate complex data terminology so it is understood by the data owner and the business
