We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a passionate communications and marketing professional to join our team and help us to deliver important messages in innovative ways \xe2\x80\x93 supporting us to stand out as a first-class landlord. This is a fixed-term role for approx. 14 months (March 2025). As a Customer Communications Officer, you\xe2\x80\x99ll produce and develop high-quality content across our key customer channels which includes print, email, social media, our app and website. Reporting to our Customer Communications Manager, you\xe2\x80\x99ll develop creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement and accessibility. You\xe2\x80\x99ll help us provide a constant and consistent presence and respond to trends in customer behaviour, whilst supporting the delivery of our Customer Communication Strategy.
