My client, a leading supplier of Fashion goods based in Amersham, are currently seeking a Customer Care/Marketing Executive to join their team on a full time and permanent basis from their offices. An integral part of the Head Office team; the Customer Support Administrator will dedicate their time with the Customer Service team as well as also carrying out a variety Marketing support.
The position requires an excellent telephone manner, methodical approach, conscientious mind-set, and hardworking attitude. The right candidate must be reliable and flexible, as well as adaptable to a wide range of activities and responsibilities.
Experience Requirements
\xc2\xb7 Positive attitude, proactive team player
\xc2\xb7 Experience in a customer facing or sales focused environment
\xc2\xb7 Must be a very organised and hardworking individual
\xc2\xb7 No previous marketing experience necessary, however needs to be willing to learn
\xc2\xb7 Microsoft Office, in particular, Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
\xc2\xb7 Resilient and Positive approach on taking new tasks
\xc2\xb7 Ability to take ownership of given projects
\xc2\xb7 Must be skilled and have good experience in the use of social media (user level)
\xc2\xb7 Would be helpful if applicants have experience as a directors assistant or admin type role
Customer Service and Marketing Duties
\xc2\xb7 Answering inbound telephone calls & filtering enquires to the relevant person
\xc2\xb7 Create new accounts on SAP and linking new orders upon receipt of new credit application forms.
\xc2\xb7 Provide Support to Sales Agents
\xc2\xb7 Replying to customers correspondence by phone, email
\xc2\xb7 Action amendments to orders as per the DRUK delivery report & offering alternative products where possible
\xc2\xb7 Office administration to including filing, post
\xc2\xb7 Support Customer Service team with regards to marketing, such as creation & send of seasonal POP codes excel, distribution of leaflets for customer letters, ensuring signatures are up to date, assist with customer call and email queries
\xc2\xb7 Organising all digital marketing materials needed, working with a local graphic designer, such as imagery for customers, materials for reps, imagery for an email campaign, imagery for promotions, leaflets for statements/invoices and making sure this is updated seasonally
\xc2\xb7 Creation of promotions for UKI where relevant to focus brands and creating e-campaigns, leaflets, sales materials for reps to promote, also ordering GWP items needed
\xc2\xb7 Communications & Email campaigns - creation of execution of email campaigns to communicate topics such as; new collections, new campaign images/videos, new promotions, individual/regional sales emails to support reps, special PR coverage, competitions, feedback surveys
\xc2\xb7 Update seasonal campaign image assets of all marketing material, company stationary such as email footers, brand books, gifs and across all other platforms such as e-campaigns
\xc2\xb7 Provide Support of any Ad Hoc tasks.
Warehouse Duties
\xc2\xb7 Log & return faulty stock efficiently
\xc2\xb7 Accept and Post out new orders to independent customers
\xc2\xb7 Chasing couriers by phone & email
