Job Title: Customer Care Representative
Reporting to: General Manager / Customer Care Manager

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
Hours of work: Week 1 - 0700-1500 / Week 2 - 1000-1800
Work Location: On site at our Head Office, 61 Carrickfergus Road, Ballynure
The Role:
Working with our existing Customer Care team, being the initial point of contact for our customers and partners.
To provide and maintain excellent levels of Customer Care to ensure all goods delivered within the required transit, therefore ensuring our delivery and collection performance is met and maintained.
Working in fast-paced environment with various areas of the role involving supporting the operation of the business, as well as customer care.
To pro-actively foster and develop close working relationships with customers, partners and colleagues.

Full training will be provided along with continued support from the team.
Employee specification:
Possess excellent verbal, written and communication skills, with the ability to communicate across various media (e.g. telephone, e-mail and electronic messaging)
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Passionate about delivering outstanding service to both customers and colleagues alike

Essential criteria
1 years previous experience in the use of all Microsoft packages
Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment dealing with large volume of calls and administrative duties
