Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support by promptly and effectively addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests via various communication channels.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Understand customers\' unique needs, challenges, and goals, and act as their advocate within the organization.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers based on trust, reliability, and exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a customer service role
  • Experience within the technology, telecommunications, or IoT industry would be desirable.
  • Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction
