Our client is looking for a Customer Care Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis, giving you the perfect chance to gain experience working for a well-established company.
You will be responsible for:
- Taking inbound calls from both new and existing customers \xe2\x80\x93 Dealing with a range of scenarios
- Dealing with customer enquiries (Chasing undelivered products, cancelling orders, product/price enquiries)
- Responding to emails from customers, relating to product/pricing enquiries or new & existing orders
- Respond to website \xe2\x80\x98chat\xe2\x80\x99 function relating to product/pricing enquiries or new & existing orders
- Other basic administrative tasks to support the customer service team, relating to order processing & fulfilment
Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday 9am-4.30pm
Pay:
\xc2\xa311.50 per hour
This is an temporary role for the duration of 8 weeks - Paid weekly!
