We are working on a fantastic opportunity with a huge retailer who are hiring for a Customer Analyst to join their growing analytics team.

The Company

Founded over 90 years ago this retailer is a FTSE 100 company. They are a powerhouse globally, operating in multiple markets worldwide, and are one of the leading retailers in the UK market boasting a market share of more than 15%.
The Role

In this role, you will use expertise in Data Analytics, with a specific focus on Clubcard to develop insights about customers, competitors, or the retail market. Working with internal teams and external agencies you will produce actionable insights to develop and drive the support of their customer growth strategy.
The Candidate

Key attributes of the suitable candidate include:
- Strong analytical experience where you have provided actionable insights
- Proficiency with the use of Data Analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, etc.
- Good data visualisation skills, Tableau is preferred
