As a crucial member of the front-of-house team, your primary responsibilities will include answering phone calls and emails, greeting walk-ins, managing waiting areas, and completing necessary administrative duties. Additionally, you should excel at building relationships and be willing to support other team members and stakeholders.
The right candidate for this role should have experience in face-to-face customer service, a welcoming manner, a high level of professionalism, and good attention to detail.
