HSS are looking for a proactive and confident Customer Advisor to join the retail sales branch of the business across Omagh and Derry.

As a Customer Advisor, you\'ll be based within a Builder\'s Merchants where you\'ll be honing in on your product knowledge across all sectors and delivering the very best service to our customers. You\'ll be able to showcase your sales techniques and be forward-thinking with your approach to retail.

With the support of your wider Branch and Merchant Manager network at HSS, as well as your area\'s Cluster Manager - you\'ll be able to work collaboratively to strive for success!

As a Covers Manager, you will have responsibility of:

• The day-to-day running of the concession
• Delivering unrivalled customer service to all
• Driving sales initiatives - building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their loyalty with future orders

What do you bring?

The successful candidate will have:

• A proven track record in a sales/retail orientated profession (A background in construction or tool/plant hire is not a necessity!)
• A proactive, sales-focused mind set
• Great communication skills - you\'ll have conversations with customers and potential customers in the merchants - so you\'ll be outgoing and comfortable starting conversations
