You'll help with both online and in-store tasks, making sure every customer has a great experience with us.

What You'll Do:

? Help online customers with their queries by email and phone

? Package and dispatch online orders quickly and accurately

? Make sure every customer feels valued and supported

? Explain our products, offers, and services clearly

? Be a team player -- helping both online and in-store as needed

? Stay organised and pay close attention to detail

What We're Looking For:

? Friendly and professional attitude

? Great communication skills -- both written and spoken

? Able to work quickly and efficiently

? Experience in customer service or e-commerce is a bonus
