Our Customers, served locally by our seven regional sales offices consist of over 50 staff, alongside 14 field based Business Development Managers who combine to form a national strength to service Customers and grow their businesses through unrivalled retail support solutions and marketing initiatives. Role



Hey there! Stapleton's (Tyre Services) is searching for a fantastic Customer Account Manager to join our friendly team. Imagine dialling in on calls, boosting sales, and managing key accounts--from our Wakefield spot.


This position is 30,000 - 35,000 OTE per annum.




The role is based upon 40 hours per week between Monday and Friday, plus one in three Saturday AM's on a rotational basis.




Following a successful training and induction the role will operate on a hybrid basis to include 3 days per week based onsite at our offices in Wakefield.





What you will be doing



Navigating calls with finesse and boosting sales Building genuine relationships with key accounts Meeting monthly targets and owning credit control Handling customer social media needs


About you



Sales savvy, stellar communication, and well organised. A pro at handling challenging conversations to turn them into opportunities. Motivated, strategic, and on board with a hybrid setup. Bonus if you've danced with CRM tools like Salesforce.
