Mission
The core mission of the Customer Account Executive is to establish, manage and grow our customer B2C sales channel. You will be responsible for owning your customer from initial contact through to sale, playing the integral role of maximising revenues from inbound leads and winning new business repeat sales activity. You\'ll be responsible for managing communications with our B2C customer base ensuring they have the best experience from start to finish, regardless of their query.
Role Overview
Daily activities will involve handling customer queries received through the Hovia website and calls (inbound and repeat customers). You will deliver the highest quality and most adaptable sales support in our industry in order to win business and build client loyalty and repeat business. Queries will vary from help ordering samples to updates on delivery - no matter what the request it, as a Customer Account Executive, you will provide a memorable experience.
A focus and dedication to continuous improvement is essential. You will learn and be involved in driving expansion in a high-growth business, working closely with your Head of department and a passionate wider team dedicated to rapid growth.
