We welcome the challenge to work in new ways and have trust in you when getting the job done because we recognise, our business is our people.Ultra Precision Control Systems (PCS) are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to provide support to the Customer Services Department.Key Responsibilities:

• To understand and interpret the customersxe2x80x99 requirements, including quality, delivery, packaging etc. and ensure that these requirements are reflected throughout the manufacturing cycle.
• To process customer orders onto the MRP system after liaison with Production to ensure an achievable delivery date is given.
• To issue order acknowledgements to the customer which accurately reflect the Companyxe2x80x99s conditions of acceptance.
• To handle customer order enquiries in a responsive and professional manner.
• To pro-actively inform the customer of any changes during the scheduled production process that may impact upon the agreed delivery criteria, including the delivery date.
• To assist in the expediting of information to ensure that the customersxe2x80x99 requirements are met.
• To produce the required release and despatch paperwork, ensuring that these reflect the customersxe2x80x99 requirements as stated on the original order.
• To compile and issue regular order status reports, as agreed with customers.
• Regularly reconcile the MRP order book with the customersxe2x80x99 own view of demand.
• To support in periodic reviews with Customers as required.
• To issue quotations to customers taking due consideration of internal policies, procedures and authorisation limits.
• To carry out any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Customer Service Manager.
