We are seeking a Culture, EVP and Well-being Principal who will be tasked with driving a holistic employee value proposition (EVP) and wellbeing strategy as well as support individual countries on their approaches, in order to help Anglo American achieve its target culture and be an attractive employer.
This exciting position will see you become part of our highly specialized People & Organisation function, who through close collaboration with corporate leadership teams develop and implement appropriate people processes and programmes, working towards a common purpose of re-imagining mining to improve people\'s lives.
