We have an opportunity to join our team at Bishop Auckland Town Hall at 24 hpw.WHAT IS INVOLVED?You will manage day to day operations ensuring a high-quality service to customers, that is safe, efficient and enjoyed by users.Supporting the Operations Manager you will maximise income and provide the highest standards of customer care and experience.You will support the Operations Manager to lead a team that is motivated, positive, customer focussed and that implements a xe2x80x9ccan doxe2x80x9d culture contributing to the overall success of the service area and the organisation as a whole.Acting as an advocate for cultural venues and programmes you will proactively encourage and support customers to enjoy a positive experience.We encourage you to contact Mark Saint, Cultural Operations Manager tel. no. 03000 268133 or emailWHAT WILL I NEED?

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline
  • First Aid qualification
Significant experience of working in front of house in a theatre, culture or arts organisation is essential along with management experience in a cultural environment including an appropriate level of experience supervising employees and volunteers.You must have a working knowledge of the cultural sector and how it relates to front of house operations.Where our roles are customer facing and you are required to speak to members of the public, you will be required to demonstrate the ability to speak fluent English.
