CULTURAL PROGRAMMER

Mission:

The Cultural Programmer is in charge of defining, implementing and promoting the cultural program in the hotel, organizing events and activities that merge destination and hotel, always committing to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction

What will you be doing?

\xc2\xb7 Define, implement and coordinate the cultural program in the hotel, organizing events and activities that merge destination and hotel, and always committing to customer satisfaction excellence.

\xc2\xb7 Negotiate with different artists and professionals to bring a variety of local culture to the hotel, according to the brand strategy.

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate the optimal promotion of the cultural program for both internal and external customers, ensuring its full promotion in the established channels.

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with the Food and Beverage Department a gastronomic offer for the cultural events and activities held.

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with the rest of the hotel\'s operational departments to guarantee the success of scheduled cultural events and activities.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor, analyze and control the financial results derived from the cultural program, with the aim of optimizing them.

\xc2\xb7 Be knowledgeable of the different customer experience management tools as well as the Voice of the Customer results, complying with the defined improvement plans.

\xc2\xb7 Verify material orders following the set product guidelines, for better optimization of economic resources.

Specific Knowledge

  • Knowledge of hotel management tools.
  • Knowledge of events planning and organization.
  • Cultural knowledge in different arts.
  • Financial knowledge.
  • Advanced command of the Office 365 package
  • Knowledge of hotel operations.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Analytical capabilities.
