Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking CSCS Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various construction projects by performing essential tasks on-site. This position requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a team environment while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining high standards of work quality.

Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation and clearing of construction sites, ensuring they are safe and organised. Carry out general labouring duties, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required. Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision while adhering to safety regulations. Follow instructions from site supervisors and contribute to the overall efficiency of the project. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area throughout the day. Assist skilled tradespeople as needed, providing support in various tasks to ensure project deadlines are met. Report any safety hazards or incidents to site management promptly.

Qualifications

Valid CSCS card is essential for this role. Previous experience in construction or labouring is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work collaboratively within a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high safety standards on-site. Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.
