We are currently looking for a holistic person who can approach different marketing activities. This person will be in charge of outreach, deal making, negotiating, forecasting and analysing content in all social media platforms.

This person will also be in charge of creating media partnerships with different local media: including outreach, negotiating and deal making; creating content plans and sending the content for the media to publish. Analysing performance is key to optimising.

This person will be in charge of influencers: both in-house and external.

Core Tasks

• Outreach and monitoring of performance for all external marketing activities in English speaking African regions for written content and social media content. (guest posting in media outlets in Africa, Youtube, TIktok, Instagram, Discord, etc.)
• Budgeting and negotiation with different media partners in order to ensure best possible deals for Finixio.
• Designing content plans for written and video media.
• Interviewing, onboarding and training new team members.
• Reporting to the Marketing Director.

Essential Requirements

• Proactive crypto marketing experience in Africa (English speaking regions)
• Dynamic, hard working, creative, persistent
• Internet savvy, resourceful
• PR/Marketing background
• Social media knowledge
• SEO
• Current Interest in Crypto
