has an exciting opportunity for a

Cross-Nicotine Insights Intern

in

London

The key objective and expectations of this role

are to support the generation of consumer insights for New Categories (NC) and contribute to the WEA (Western Europe Area).

Analyse total Nicotine and NC market trends and consumer behaviour Ensure the integrity of cross-nicotine input and insights for cross-nic research projects Provide support and input to the WEA Consumer model

Your key responsibilities will include:

Understand cross-category consumer behaviour and the journey from combustible to new-category products by tracking and analysing consumer behaviour and market trends. Support the ongoing development of the Consumer model based on up-to-date assumptions. Correct application and compliance with relevant global research guidelines. Support Insights Manager on project management, data analysis, and insights storytelling. Engage key stakeholders (Insights, Category team, Legal team, agency) to ensure timely provision of all relevant inputs.

What are we looking for?

Sound analytical skills, passionate about data & insights; Consumer Research experience Confident/advanced user of PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint Research data software confident user (Explorer, Harmoni) Persistence, Tolerance of Ambiguity, Collaboration, Learning Agility, Problem Solving, Attention to details Fluent English
